A domestic postal money order (Pasta pārvedums) for the sum of 40 Lats, sent on March 16, 1936, from Ventspils to Riga. The sender is S. Kāns and the payee is V. Olinštein. The form is franked with a 20 santimi stamp. The front bears crisp Ventspils dispatch datestamps. The reverse features the completed receipt with the payee's handwritten signature and Riga post office postmarks: an arrival stamp and a final payout stamp (March 17, 1936).
