Early education at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Latvia (1927-1928), then at the Latvian Academy of Arts (1929-1936), graduated from the studio B. Purvitis, which led to a passion for landscape painting. Actively participated in the artistic life of the country at all stages of his life. Professor of the Latvian State Academy of Arts (1944-1950), assistant to the department head of "Star" (1951-1959, with interruptions) Olgert Jaunarajs were artists of the "Green Crow". Exhibitions since 1934. Private in Riga (1982, 1990), Straupe (1982), Daugavpils (1983), Koknese (1983), Jekabpils (1984).
