A domestic postal money order (Pārvedums pa pastu) for the sum of 3 Lats, processed on January 24, 1931, in Riga. The payee is the Latvian Children's Friends Society (Latvijas bērnu draugu Biedrība) in Riga at 43 Ģertrūdes Street, Apt. 2. The front bears crisp Riga postmarks dated January 24, 1931, as well as a large number 1576 stamped in red ink. The reverse features a receipt form with a Riga post office postmark from the same date (January 24, 1931).
